Yorkshire Association of Business Angels (YABA) is a membership organisation of private equity investors who seek opportunities to invest in new and existing businesses within the Yorkshire region. Since its inception in 1995 and with support from Yorkshire Forward, the Regional Development Agency, since 2000, the YABA membership has grown steadily to over 180 Angel and Associate members.

• Fortnightly email notifications informing you of the latest mentoring and Non-executive Director positions available in businesses in the region
• An invitation to each of the bi-monthly investment forums held at various locations throughout the region with up to ten entrepreneurs each presenting their business idea
• A review letter after each forum giving contact details and a brief synopsis of each of the presenting companies
• An invitation to the additional sector specific investment forums held throughout Yorkshire
• An invitation to attend free seminars and Master classes aimed at educating current and prospective Angel members on the various aspects of investing and the deal making process
• The opportunity to meet fellow Angel investors and discuss experiences
• The chance to meet and network with YABA's Associate members from the leading law firms, accountancy practices, banks and other corporate firms in the region
• Secure log in to the YABA extranet where contact details and photographs of fellow members can be viewed
• Invitations to attend the bi-annual social events to meet other Angels in a more relaxed environment
