Martin is widely recognised for his solutions-driven advice and operates as a lead partner for M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He has also been involved in many sales of both small and substantial family businesses. Martin likes to become part of the client's team and to get to know his clients on a personal as well as on a business level. He also acts as a general business sounding board and counsel to several of the firm's clients. Experience: Martin has more than 25 years’ experience of buying, selling and floating companies. He also has considerable experience of venture capital fund-raising. Recently he has been involved in transactions for North Star Equity Investors and 4Projects. Martin is also advising on the disposal of several owner-managed businesses.
