Non-executive Director Request - £30
A Non-executive Director is a member of the board who does not carry out the day-to-day operations of the business. This means that they can take a detached look at the way in which the organisation is run, monitor the executive activity and contribute to the development of your business strategy.
YABA is able to offer you access to over seventy potential Non-executive Directors (NED's) who are able to contribute to the strategic growth of your business giving an objective view as well as managing difficult decisions in a facilitative manner. A NED might be appointed to carry out a specialist role on a part-time basis or for their expertise in specific activities.
What to do now
Contact YABA on 01423 810149 to discuss your Non-executive Director request. A short NED request application form will be emailed followed by an invoice for the £30 mentor request publication fee. Please note that the mentor request publication fee is due in advance of publication.
Your completed application form and summary document will be uploaded to the members only area of the YABA website. You will then receive a confirmation email from us; at the same time a brief profile of your request will be emailed to the potential NED's with a link to the login area of the website. After reading your summary any interested parties will contact you direct for further discussions.
The decision to select a NED is entirely yours and YABA stipulates that the NED's act as individuals and are not recommended by YABA. Remuneration will be negotiated between yourself and your NED on an individual basis.
