A Non-executive Director is a member of the board who does not carry out the day-to-day operations of the business.  This means that they can take a detached look at the way in which the organisation is run, monitor the executive activity and contribute to the development of strategy.

YABA is able to offer access to over seventy potential Non-executive Directors (NED's) who are able to contribute to the strategic growth of your business giving an objective view as well as managing difficult decisions in a facilitative manner.  A NED might be appointed to carry out a specialist role on a part-time basis or for their expertise in specific activities.

The decision to select a NED is entirely your and YABA stipulates that the NED's act as individuals and are not recommended by YABA.  Remuneration will be negotiated between yourself and your NED on an individual basis.
