A record year for investments in new and early stage businesses in the region with £899,000 of Business Angel finance which has leveraged a further £1,596,000 from other sources. 

During the period April 2009 to March 2010, Yorkshire Association of Business Angels (YABA) members invested more than £1.2 million of private equity in to Yorkshire & Humber based businesses.
